Exploring Sustainable Innovation in Times of Change.

Why connectUS?

At connectUS, we're all about encouraging smart thinking and engagement with the big challenges facing our world. For Generation Z, it is not just about acquiring knowledge or climbing the career ladder; it is about finding real purpose in what we do.

Our mission is to guide FHNW students through the entrepreneurial spirit as we navigate key topics such as the challenges of building a circular economy, the rise of Al-driven sustainability, food security with advanced engineering and he need for urban resilience. We're looking to uncover practical solutions and strategies that are shaping sustainability in both Switzerland and Northern America.

By focusing on these areas of exploration, we seek to inspire critical reflection and foster meaningful dialogue that advances innovative solutions and sustainable practices.

Join us in our mission to explore sustainable innovation in times of change, and together, let us create a future that aligns with our shared values and sense of responsibility.

Exploring Sustainable Innovation in Times of Change.

The entrepreneurial spirit is at the heart of transforming global challenges into opportunities for sustainable growth. Through innovative solutions that connect people, technology and the environment, they help cities and industries adapt to increasing environmental and social pressures.

By driving advances in AI-driven sustainability, the circular economy, urban resilience, and food security, the entrepreneurial mindset is transforming theoretical concepts into tangible, real-world solutions. From AI-powered systems that increase efficiency and reduce waste to business models that close resource loops.

This innovative mindset provides businesses with scalable solutions to critical global challenges like sustainable urban development, resource management, and environmental protection. Supporting this initiative is an investment in future leaders who will shape a more resilient and sustainable future for Switzerland and North America, ensuring a harmonious balance between innovation and sustainability for long-term success.
